Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree in futures studies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in strategic visualization
- Published thought leadership on climate adaptation or digital transformation
- Mastery of scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's Two Loops)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
