Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of blockchain interoperability and decentralized systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
