Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision and strategic roadmap for the organization, specifically tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Architect and manage the transition to next-generation cloud and hybrid infrastructure models to support scalable growth.
- AI Integration Strategy: Oversee the integration of emerging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities into core business processes.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value for stakeholders, investors, and non-technical leadership.
- Innovation Labs: Identify and pilot cutting-edge technologies (Web3, Quantum computing basics, Advanced Robotics) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3+ years in a Director or VP-level strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and enterprise software development.
- Futuristic Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and their application to business strategy for the 2026 horizon.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
