Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen technologies (AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech integration)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global research consortia
- Deliver quarterly trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership initiatives
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor emerging futurists and build next-gen talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics)
- Executive-level presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
