- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle for 2026 product portfolio, from ideation to market launch
- Drive strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 tech leaders to shape industry standards
- Develop AI/ML-driven market intelligence frameworks for future trend forecasting
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with P&L accountability
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- File 3-5 innovation patents annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching enterprise-scale products ($100M+ revenue impact)
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certified in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Fluency in English with exceptional written/verbal communication
