Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ global innovation ecosystems
- Translate complex futures scenarios into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for public and stakeholder consumption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data sets
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures literature
