Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with company vision
- Analyze global trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists and innovation thought leaders
- Create scenario-planning models for technological and societal disruptions
- Drive innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or relevant advanced degree preferred
