- Develop and implement the company's 2026 strategic vision roadmap
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead scenario planning workshops for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused innovation initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress quarterly
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) strongly preferred
