Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Design and implement innovation pipelines to accelerate adoption of future-ready technologies
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data visualization
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmap development
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
