- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive forces across 15+ industries
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author quarterly foresight reports with predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
