Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end creation of the company's 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams on long-term goals.
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to predict future operational needs.
- Operational Transformation: Design and implement scalable processes that support rapid growth and future expansion.
- Executive Leadership: Present complex strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with corporate vision.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the strategic deployment of capital and human resources to maximize ROI on key initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive collaborative innovation.
- KPI Development: Establish metrics to measure the success of the 2026 roadmap and report on progress quarterly.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (3+ year horizon).
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize data and market intelligence into clear strategic directives.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage high-stakes projects.
