Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate tech) and develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across 15+ international markets
- Author annual Horizon Report forecasting disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Design and pilot 'Future Labs' - immersive innovation spaces for prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario simulation tools
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into multi-year business plans
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences and stakeholder alignment
