Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying 2026-relevant megatrends in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market disruptions
- Curate and analyze exponential technology datasets (AI, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Produce annual 'Future State 2026' reports with actionable scenario planning
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for executive teams
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and domain experts
- Advance ethical deployment frameworks for 2026's most disruptive innovations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of influencing corporate strategy through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on 2026-relevant topics (white papers, TED talks, industry journals)
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futuristacademy.org) preferred
