Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the 2026 strategic vision, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and technological breakthroughs.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, including AI agents, AR/VR ecosystems, and quantum computing applications.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps.
- Innovation Labs: Lead a cross-functional team in piloting experimental technologies to prepare for the 2026 market landscape.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities for Horizon Dynamics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or futurism within the tech sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and the potential of Quantum computing by 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in ambiguous environments and pivoting strategies based on rapid technological shifts.
