Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, AI-driven enterprise solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) and integrate them into our core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to drive innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or strategic technology leadership.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
