Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for the 2026 technology stack.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models and predictive algorithms.
- Define the long-term strategic vision for AI integration across all company products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure Quantum Leap Corp remains a market leader by 2026.
- Oversee the deployment of neural networks and machine learning pipelines in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in advanced AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Large Language Models.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
