Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum AI frameworks for predictive modeling and optimization
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network acceleration
- Develop prototypes for 2026-era applications in healthcare, climate modeling, and logistics
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Secure and manage partnerships with quantum hardware providers
- Translate research findings into patentable innovations and commercial opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, tensor networks, and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams of 10+ members
