- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for the 2026 initiative, from strategic planning to execution and post-launch optimization
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product divisions
- Develop and maintain dynamic project roadmaps with Agile methodologies and Jira workflows
- Manage $5M+ budget allocation and resource optimization for maximum ROI
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and emerging technology integration
- Present quarterly progress reports to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or Business; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing complex tech initiatives with $3M+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMI-certified (PMP)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in AI, IoT, or sustainable tech implementation highly desirable
