Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Monitor project performance metrics and report progress to executive leadership.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
