Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 technological roadmap, focusing on Quantum AI integration.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for our core products, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) migrations and ensure high availability, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Generative AI models) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of engineering excellence by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to deliver seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or C++; proficiency in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and AI model deployment strategies.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience with major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
