Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps identifying disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, bio-integration)
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline success and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation incubation programs for 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2020-2025 roadmap delivery)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR)
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., Futures Studies, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation-led transformations
