Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-integration)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and business teams
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline with KPI-driven evaluation frameworks
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation management
- Proven experience forecasting technology trends (5+ year horizons)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy journals
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Portfolio of implemented strategic tech initiatives
