Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record leading successful futuristic technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong background in managing high-budget, high-impact R&D projects
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field preferred
- Published thought leadership in future technology journals or platforms
