You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning AI, biotech, and sustainable energy while maintaining our reputation for pioneering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and climate tech
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Architect proof-of-concept prototypes for futuristic applications in partnership with engineering teams
- Drive strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $2M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in trend-prediction tools
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects with measurable impact
