Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough products with market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to scale
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with published research
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Fluency in future trend analysis and competitive intelligence systems
