Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with 3-5 year planning cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
