Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching products with 3+ year market-defining impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, TRIZ, Design Thinking 2.0)
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, ICP) or equivalent
