Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Develop intellectual property portfolios for next-gen technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
