Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers to deliver breakthrough innovations
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling strategic proposals
- Forge partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Innovation Hubs for collaborative R&D
- Translate complex technical concepts into investor-ready narratives
- Drive patent development targeting 15+ filings annually
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Founders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of delivering commercialized AI/quantum solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate partnerships
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Certified in AI Ethics and Sustainable Technology frameworks
