Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in future tech forecasting (AI/quantum/sustainability)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong portfolio of patented innovations or launched products
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
