Responsibilities

- Produce scenario-planning models and risk-assessment matrices for long-term strategic decisions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive strategy

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate innovations
