Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging tech verticals (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology applications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
