Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3, neurotech, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on near-future technological paradigm shifts
- Monitor global R&D ecosystems and patent landscapes for competitive intelligence
- Design pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI frameworks
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in forecasting market disruptions and translating trends into products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, quantum cryptography)
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Portfolio demonstrating published tech trend analysis or innovation roadmaps
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks for advanced technologies
