Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026-era technology frameworks including quantum-resistant algorithms and neuroadaptive interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of AI specialists, bioengineers, and space tech developers
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive technology and sustainable digital infrastructure
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive R&D initiatives in decentralized autonomous organizations and next-gen cybersecurity protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience in 2020s+ technology ecosystems
- Proven track record of leading projects with $10M+ budgets and 50+ cross-functional teams
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology, or orbital infrastructure
- Published research in Nature or Science journals within the last 24 months
- Fluency in future-tech languages (e.g., QASM, NeuroML, Orbital SDK)
- Security clearance for federal innovation partnerships (or ability to obtain)
