Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D projects in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Forecast emerging tech disruptions and create strategic adoption frameworks
- Present innovation insights to C-suite and board members using data-driven visualizations
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a team of 15+ researchers, engineers, and futurists
- File patents for breakthrough technologies and publish industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years tech innovation experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ patented innovations or published breakthrough research
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $20M
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
