Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption, integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience frameworks
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across 15+ emerging domains, delivering quarterly trend reports with 95%+ predictive accuracy
- Architect 'Future Proof' frameworks for C-suite executives, translating foresight into R&D priorities and market positioning
- Champion sustainable innovation by developing ESG-aligned technology roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs 2030
- Facilitate cross-generational workshops with Gen Alpha to co-create 2026-relevant user experiences and product visions
- Build and manage a global network of 50+ futurist partners across academia, government, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis) and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of converging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) or relevant technology domain expertise
