Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof products and services
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish cross-functional foresight task forces with global stakeholders
- Publish thought leadership on future-facing business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning and trend forecasting work
- Executive presence with C-suite communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives
