Our work directly influences policy decisions at the highest levels while maintaining rigorous ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for quantum computing adoption across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era technologies including neuromorphic AI and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies in partnership with IEEE and WEF
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Author white papers that shape industry standards and policy recommendations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature or Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and AI ethics frameworks
- Track record of advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and their technological implications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
