- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and societal transformation
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with R&D and product teams

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech domains
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
