- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ by analyzing technological, economic, and socio-political trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Integrate future intelligence into product development, market entry, and investment strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences on future trends
- Establish KPI frameworks to track strategic initiatives' alignment with long-term vision
- Maintain competitive intelligence database through AI-powered analytics and human expertise
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent professional development
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused strategies
