Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and present strategic scenarios, roadmaps, and innovation frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops to incubate next-generation products and services
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems, patent trends, and academic breakthroughs
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate futuristic concepts into product development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record developing future-oriented business models and market-entry strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Strong network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
