Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast 2026 market impacts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present foresight insights through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and build future-focused capabilities across teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
