Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AGI, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for industry disruptions
- Identify and quantify market opportunities in nascent sectors with >$1B potential
- Build innovation pipelines integrating quantum computing, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Author '2026 Horizon Reports' disseminated to Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Manage $5M R&D budget for experimental technology validation projects
- Present future outlooks at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research on exponential technologies or peer-reviewed trend analysis
- Track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V) and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI safety protocols, and climate tech ecosystems
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technological disruption
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for emerging market engagement
- Certification in Foresight Methodology from AC/FS or equivalent
