Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives for 2026 horizon
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptions
- Create scenario-planning frameworks for global business transformation
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational strategies
- Publish thought leadership reports in top-tier industry publications
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Published research in foresight or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
