Responsibilities

- Design strategic playbooks for entering nascent industries identified through trend analysis
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members through compelling visualizations
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or trend forecasting at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing 10-year market scenarios that drove measurable business outcomes
