Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for potential futures and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 innovation priorities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 vision
- Monitor global disruptors (AI, biotech, climate tech) and recommend strategic pivots
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 challenges
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at executive/board level
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
