Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for climate resilience, AI governance, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic priorities
- Produce annual Horizon Scan 2026+ reports for executive stakeholders
- Design innovation pipelines for quantum computing integration and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present foresight findings at global industry forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, articles, books)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept translation
