Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Conduct high-stakes stakeholder workshops to translate foresight into executable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state solutions using AI and simulation tools
- Establish proprietary trend-tracking methodologies using proprietary predictive analytics platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative discipline
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic roadmapping frameworks
- Proficiency with AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Foresight) and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with 50+ executive-level presentations delivered
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry-leading publications
- Fluency in at least one additional language with cross-cultural experience in APAC/EMEA markets
