Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and disruptive forces relevant to 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience and competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Deliver executive-level briefings and trend reports using data visualization and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, industry experts, and academic thought leaders
- Champion a culture of innovation by facilitating cross-functional workshops on future possibilities
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and demographic transformations with strategic impact
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Economics, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decision-making
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems (startups, academia, policy institutions)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or relevant advanced training preferred
