Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market positioning and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futurist insights into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related technical field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruptive innovation models
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD)
